Responsible for processing your data :

SAS RAINETTE is responsible for processing personal data collected on the rainette-shop.com website.

Data" is any personal information that is used to identify you as an individual and that you provide to the Data Processor in order to register on the site to create an account, receive information or place an online order.

  • Contact details such as name, date of birth, gender, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number

This will enable you to identify yourself when you log on to our website. It will also enable us to deliver your purchases, which is an important part of our contractual commitment, and to keep you informed of any changes to the Rainette service.

This concerns the payment method you have chosen as well as your bank details (don't worry, we don't store your security code).

This corresponds to what you have purchased in the past and what you have been looking for. This allows us to process returns in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and provide customer service and support. We keep your data for as long as you are a RAINETTE customer and for as long as we are obliged to do so in order to meet current legal requirements.

If you no longer wish to be a customer, you can contact our team and ask for your account to be closed. However, we have a legal obligation to retain some of your personal data even after you have asked us to delete it. We will only retain what we absolutely need and only to ensure that we can meet our legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse or enforce our Terms and Conditions.
