How to cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, simply send an email to rainette@rainette-shop.com.

• If it is still time, we cancel or modify the order and proceed to the refund if necessary.

• If the order has already been processed by our logistician, we will send you a return slip via email and then proceed to the refund as soon as the parcel will be returned.

Free returns

If the product does not suit you, send it back to us within 14 days after receiving your order.

• The product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, it will be refunded upon receipt.

How to proceed ?

2. Simply print the slip sent by us and put your parcel in a post office.
3. Your order will be refunded from receipt and verification.

Defective products

1. Send a photo of the defective product by mail torainette@rainette-shop.com
2. Simply print the slip sent by us and put your parcel in a post office.
3. Your order will be replaced from receipt and verification.

What are the different means of payment?

Where are your products manufactured?

Stickers

Our stickers are printed in France. The ink used for stickers complies with the CE- REACH Regulation standards.

Reflectors

The factories that manufacture our reflectors are only in China. We did not find Certified BSCI * producers. However, we have been very vigilant about our selection. We tested several products before selecting ours for its qualities: efficient, durable and recyclable.

Lace

The laces are manufactured and packaged in Poland, the fabric and the reflective band are both Oeko-Tex 100. They are recyclable.

Waterproof-deck-sleeves

All of our textile equipment are manufactured by the same producer, the factory is certified BSCI * and is located near Shanghai. The fabrics are Oeko-Tex 100 certified and are recyclable.

Conditioning

With the exception of the laces, all of our products is conditioned in France, in an aid facility by the work (ESAT), an insertion and reintegration workshop of people with disabilities.
